Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Patient Assessment & Care:

Conduct patient assessments, monitor progress, provide personal hygiene, assist with feeding, and ensure patient comfort and safety.

Medication & Treatment:

Administer prescribed medications, injections, infusions, and assist with diagnostic and surgical procedures.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and document all care provided.

Collaboration:

Work with doctors, other nurses, and staff to create and execute care plans.

Patient/Family Education:

Teach patients and families about conditions, treatments, and recovery.

Technical Tasks:

Take vital signs (BP, temp, pulse), collect specimens, and operate medical equipment.
