Administer medications, injections, and intravenous fluids as prescribed by physicians.
Provide hands-on care, including assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, and nutrition.
Continuously observe and record patient vital signs and symptoms, maintaining detailed and accurate medical records.
Provide emotional support and educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and disease prevention.
Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare staff to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Assist with or perform technical nursing procedures such as wound dressing, catheterization, and specimen collection.
Provide immediate care during medical emergencies.
Adhere to and enforce safety and infection control protocols to maintain a sterile and safe environment.
Ensure medical equipment is functioning correctly and report any issues.
