Job Description

Staff Nurse Role

1. Patient Care: Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures.

2. Assessment and Planning: Assessing patients' needs, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to promote health and well-being.

3. Collaboration with Healthcare Team: Working with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

4. Education and Support: Educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.

5. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Staff Nurse Qualification

1. Basic Nursing Education: A diploma or degree in nursing (e.g., BSc Nursing, GNM) from a recognized institution.

2. Registration: Registration with the relevant nursing council or board (e.g., Nursing Council of India).

3. Licensure: Obtaining a license to practice as a nurse in the relevant jurisdiction.

4. Clinical Experience: Gaining practical experience in a clinical setting, such as a hospital or healthcare facility.

5. Continuing Education: Completing continuing education requirements to stay updated with the latest nursing practices and technologies.

Additional Requirements

1. Soft Skills: Possessing strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

2. Physical and Mental Demands: Meeting the physical and mental demands of the nursing profession, including working long hours, lifting patients, and managing stress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
