Job Description

Direct Patient Care:

Providing bedside care, including personal hygiene, medication administration, wound care, and other treatments.

Monitoring and Assessment:

Regularly assessing patients' vital signs, physical and mental condition, and documenting findings.

Medication Administration:

Administering prescribed medications, injections, and intravenous fluids.

Patient and Family Education:

Educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventative care.

Care Planning:

Developing and implementing individualized care plans based on patient needs.

Collaboration:

Working with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

Maintaining Records:

Accurately documenting patient care, including assessments, treatments, and progress.

Promoting Health and Wellness:

Providing guidance and support to patients to promote healthy lifestyles and prevent illness.

Supervision:

May supervise licensed practical nurses, nursing assistants, and other support staff.

Maintaining a Safe Environment:

Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.

Emergency Response:

Responding to patient emergencies and providing appropriate care.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹57,970.88 per month
