Job Summary
Calida Rehab seeks compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurses to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in our psychiatric hospital and de-addiction rehabilitation centers. The ideal candidate will support patients in their recovery journey, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans in a supportive therapeutic environment. Positions available at both Pune and Karjat centers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, conducting patient assessments, and administering medications
Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
Document patient history, including previous mental health issues, current medications, and any co-existing medical conditions
Support patients in daily activities and therapeutic interventions
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients
Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to care discussions
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and recovery processes
Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to the medical team
Maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Assist in emergency situations and provide crisis intervention support
Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, counsellors, and other healthcare professionals
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing) OR GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) OR ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) (Mandatory)
Valid Maharashtra State Nursing Registration Certificate (MNC) (Required)
Minimum 1 year of psychiatric or mental health nursing experience (Preferred)
Knowledge of psychiatric medications and patient management
Experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare facility setting preferred
Understanding of de-addiction and mental health care principles preferred
