Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate

Nurse

to provide high-quality patient care, assist doctors during procedures, and ensure smooth clinical operations. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patients, administering treatments, and supporting overall healthcare delivery in compliance with medical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care

Provide direct nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with treatments. Support patients in daily activities such as mobility, hygiene, and diet management. Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-care instructions. Ensure patient comfort, safety, and emotional well-being.

Clinical Support

Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and minor surgeries. Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain hygiene standards. Collect samples for laboratory tests and manage medical records accurately. Monitor patient progress and promptly report changes to doctors.

Operational Duties

Maintain proper documentation of patient care, treatment charts, and case histories. Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols. Manage stock of medical supplies, instruments, and medicines. Participate in clinic/hospital training, audits, and quality improvement programs.

Team Collaboration

Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare staff for seamless service. Support emergency response and first aid as required. Train and mentor junior nursing staff when needed.

Requirements Education & Qualifications

Diploma in Nursing (GNM) / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing. Valid registration with the

State Nursing Council

.

Experience

+2 years of experience . Experience in

clinical, hospital, or aesthetic/skin care settings

preferred.

Skills

Strong patient care and clinical skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments. Compassionate, ethical, and professional approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
