Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to patients based on the prescribed treatment plans.
Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions.
Administer medications, injections, and IV therapies as prescribed.
Assist doctors during examinations, treatments, and surgeries.
Prepare patients for medical procedures and educate them about aftercare.
Maintain accurate, detailed reports and patient records.
Ensure the proper handling of medical equipment and supplies.
Uphold infection control standards and hospital policies.
Respond to emergency situations promptly and efficiently.
Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
Participate in continuous training, development programs, and departmental meetings.
