Aravaind IVF & Fertility Center is looking for a compassionate and skilled
Staff Nurse
to provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing fertility and IVF treatments. The candidate should support doctors, ensure patient comfort, and follow clinical protocols with care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to patients as per doctor's instructions
Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and IVF treatments
Monitor patient vital signs and maintain nursing records
Administer medications and injections as prescribed
Prepare patients for procedures and provide post-procedure care
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and infection control standards
Counsel patients with empathy and confidentiality
Coordinate with OT, laboratory, and pharmacy teams as required
Qualifications & Requirements
GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification
Valid Nursing Council registration
Experience in IVF / gynecology / obstetrics preferred
Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergency situations
Good communication skills in English and local language
