Miracle Women and Children's Hospital is seeking a compassionate and skilled

Staff Nurse

to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to expectant mothers, newborns, and pediatric patients. We are looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to ensuring the safety and comfort of our families.

Key Responsibilities

Specialized Care:

Provide comprehensive nursing care for women (prenatal, postnatal, and gynecological) and children (neonatal to pediatric).

Patient Monitoring:

Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist in clinical procedures or deliveries.

Family Support:

Educate parents and caregivers on infant care, breastfeeding, and post-operative recovery.

Collaboration:

Work closely with obstetricians, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to implement personalized care plans.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all clinical documentation meets hospital standards.

Emergency Response:

Quickly assess and respond to medical emergencies in the labor room or pediatric ward.
Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

Minimum of

1 year of clinical nursing experience

. (Direct experience in a Women and Children's hospital is strongly preferred).

Education:

B.Sc Nursing or GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) from a recognized institution.

Licensure:

Valid Nursing Council Registration.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in IV cannulation, neonatal resuscitation, and monitoring fetal heart rates.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional bedside manner, patience, and a "child-friendly" communication style.
