Provide nursing care to elderly patients in a palliative care setting
Conduct home visits to assess and monitor patients who are unable to visit the hospital
Coordinate with the medical team for ongoing patient care
Requirements:
GNM/BSc Nursing
Minimum
3 years of experience
Comfortable dealing with elderly and palliative patients
Male preferred

Willingness to work in
rotational shifts
Additional Details:
Transport for home visits will be provided by the center
