Job Description

Job Purpose:

Responsible for patient assessment, as well as planning of care and subsequent recovery

Job Responsibilities:

? Assess, plan and implement nursing activities

? Carry out the doctor's order within the hospital policy and legal limitations

? Analyze the patient's symptoms correctly, diagnose the disease accurately and take

imperative steps for his/her active recovery

? Maintain records and reports of patient's medical histories, and monitor developments

? in their health conditions

? Be alert and observant on every aspect of patient care including diet, physical activities

and psychosocial interactions

? Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention as

? required

? Provide immediate and advanced care during medical emergencies, like accidents,

burns, cardiac arrest, stroke etc.

Job Specifications:

? Qualification: B.sc/Diploma Degree in Nursing, GNM Certification

? Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a nurse

? Technical Skills / Job related skills: Record Management, high standard of patient care

? Management Skills: Be a good team player, maintain good people relations, maintain a positive attitude

? Communication Skills: Good command over English, Kannada, Good listening skills and ability to display empathy and provide advice

Registered Nurse Qualifications/Skills:

Clinical skills Bedside manner Infection control Physiological knowledge. Administering medication. Medical teamwork. Multitasking, listening, and verbal communication. Health promotion and maintenance.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) BSC or GNM Nursing Minimum 1 Year Experience
