Job Role : Staff Nurse

Education : B.sc Nursing , GNM

Experience: 1+ years

Shift : 12 Hours

Location : Bangalore

Core responsibilities

Patient assessment and monitoring:

Assess patient health, record symptoms and medical histories, and monitor conditions and vital signs.

Care planning and implementation:

Develop and implement patient care plans, and administer prescribed medications and treatments.

Collaboration:

Work with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Medical record maintenance:

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Patient and family education:

Educate patients and their families on how to manage illnesses or injuries and prepare for post-treatment recovery.

Equipment operation:

Operate and monitor medical equipment.

Infection control:

Ensure and monitor compliance with infection control practices.

Emergency response:

Participate in medical emergencies or crisis situations.
