Accurately prepare, label, and administer IV and intramuscular (IM) injections, ensuring sterile technique and patient safety at all times. Monitor patients closely throughout IV infusions, recognizing and promptly managing any adverse reactions or complications.

Adhere strictly to all clinic protocols, quality standards, and local regulatory guidelines for nursing practice and controlled substance management.

Client Education & Counseling:

Conduct in-depth discussions with new and existing clients to understand their health goals and discuss diagnostic findings. Educate clients on the rationale, benefits, and expected outcomes of the clinic's various therapies (e.g., IV Nutrition, Cryo, Longevity Roadmaps).

Therapy Recommendation & Sales:

Based on physician orders and client needs, proactively recommend and sell appropriate therapy packages, subscription models, or follow-up services to ensure continuity of care and drive clinic revenue. Track and follow up with clients on recommended treatment plans to encourage scheduling and adherence.

Operational Management:

Manage the inventory of clinical supplies, especially IV fluids, vitamins, and injectables, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage conditions. Assist in maintaining optimal clinic flow, managing appointment schedules for complex therapy sessions, and overseeing the clean, safe, and professional environment of the treatment areas.
