Her Care Clinic is a women-focused healthcare center dedicated to providing compassionate and quality care in a supportive environment. We're looking for a professional and empathetic Nurse cum Receptionist to join our growing team and support both patient care and clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Nursing Duties:

Assist doctor during consultations and minor procedure Check and administer injections and medications as directed Maintain patient records and follow up as required Educate patients about procedures, treatments, or medications

Reception & Front Desk Duties:

Greet patients and manage the front desk professionally Schedule appointments and maintain the clinic calendar Handle patient registration and maintain accurate records Answer phone calls and respond to patient queries courteously Manage billing, payments, and basic documentation

Requirements:

Education:

ANM/GNM or relevant nursing qualification

Experience:

Prior clinic/hospital experience preferred Good communication skills in English and regional language Polite, organized, and patient-friendly attitude Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, clinic software preferred)
