Responsibilities:
Provide quality care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures
Monitor vital signs and administer medications as prescribed
Provide emotional support to patients and their families
Document patient care activities in accordance with established policies and procedures
Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans
Participate in team meetings and other professional development activities
