Job Responsibilities

Provide nursing care and round-the-clock monitoring for admitted patients. Administer medications and IV fluids as per doctor's prescription. Monitor and record patient vitals, symptoms, and progress. Assist doctors during ward rounds and implement treatment plans. Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and handovers. Ensure proper infection control, hygiene, and safety practices in the ward. Support patients and families with care, empathy, and clear communication. Coordinate with doctors, OT, pharmacy, and laboratory teams for smooth patient care.

Requirements

Nursing qualification (GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Diploma in Nursing). Minimum 3 years of experience as an IP Nurse in a hospital setting. Strong knowledge of patient care, medication administration, and ward procedures. Good communication, observation, and teamwork skills. Compassionate, responsible, and able to handle emergencies effectively.
