Key Responsibilities

Monitor and record patient vital signs and health progress accurately. Administer prescribed medications and injections following doctor's instructions carefully. Assist physicians during examinations, medical procedures, and surgical operations. Maintain patient hygiene, comfort, and safety within assigned hospital wards. Educate patients and families about disease management and recovery processes. Prepare and sterilize medical instruments, equipment, and treatment areas properly. Document nursing observations and update patient medical records consistently. Respond quickly to medical emergencies with calm and effective actions.
