Job Summary:

The Staff Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, assisting physicians during medical procedures, and ensuring adherence to hospital policies and nursing protocols to maintain the highest standards of clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care and ensure comfort, safety, and hygiene. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and record vital signs, patient progress, and report any changes to the medical team. Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies. Maintain accurate and updated patient records and documentation. Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed. Educate patients and families regarding health maintenance, treatment, and post-discharge care. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals for effective patient management. Participate in training programs, departmental meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.

Working Hours:

As per hospital schedule (rotational shifts including night duties)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
