WE ARE LOOKING FEMALE STAFF NURSES FOR OUR HOSPITAL

ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Staff Nurse provides direct patient care to critically ill or injured individuals in a hospital's intensive care unit. They monitor patients' conditions, administer medications, assist with medical procedures, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Monitoring:

Continuously observe and assess patients' vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation, and neurological status.

Medication Administration:

Administer prescribed medications, including intravenous fluids, and manage medication dosages based on patient response.

Medical Procedures:

Assist with or perform procedures such as inserting IV lines, drawing blood, and administering oxygen therapy.

Treatment Plan Implementation:

Work with physicians and other healthcare professionals to implement and adjust patient care plans.

Emergency Response:

Be prepared to respond to?? ??, providing life-saving interventions and stabilizing patients.

Patient and Family Support:

Offer emotional support to patients and their families during a stressful time.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including vital signs, medication administration, and any changes in the patient's condition.

Equipment Management:

Operate and monitor various medical equipment used in the ICU, such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps.

Collaboration:

Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, communicating effectively with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

Infection Control:

Adhere to strict infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infections.

Ongoing Education:

Pursue professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on the latest advances in critical care nursing
