Position Title:

Staff Nurse (ICU & ER)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Nurse to join our ICU and Emergency Department team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in ICU and ER settings according to established protocols. Monitor patients' vital signs, progress, and condition, and report significant changes to the healthcare team. Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, and eating as needed. Monitor and document patient conditions, including changes in vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatments. Identify potential risks, complications, and changes in patient status, and take appropriate actions or report concerns to physicians or senior staff. Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and effective care.

Required Qualifications:

B.Sc. Nursing or Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (DGNM)

License

: Valid RNRM (Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife)

Certifications:

BLS, ACLS, Trauma care certificate is added advantage

Experience:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in ICU and/or Emergency Department - Preferred

Other Requirements:

Willingness to work
