- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
- Educating patients and their families about their healthcare needs and treatments.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Adhering to healthcare protocols, policies, and regulations.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education programs.
