Job Description

Rehabilitation nurse, or rehab nurse, is a nurse who helps patients of ADS and multiple drug abuse . The rehab nurse does this by creating care plans, helping educate and assist other caregivers, coordinating care from other healthcare professionals like physical therapists, psychiatrists, Counselor and Psychologist . Depending on their workplace, a rehab nurse may be a term for a nurse in any position who specializes in helping rehabilitate patients

Performing daily care tasks like monitoring vital signs, administering medicine or performing treatments
Recording patient updates and condition
Creating patient care plans
Coordinating with other healthcare providers
Counseling patients and families
Managing individual patient cases
