Job Responsibilities:

Patient admission and discharge procedures Provide complete nursing care including hygiene, feeding, mobility, and pressure care Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids, and assist in transfusion Monitor and record vital signs (BP, TPR, etc.) Assist doctors in clinical procedures and patient care Maintain nursing records and documentation Collect samples and assist in investigations Ensure ward cleanliness, infection control, and patient safety Escort critical patients when required Shift handover and ward inventory maintenance Follow hospital policies, NABH standards, and nursing protocols

Skills Required:

Good clinical knowledge Patient care & communication skills Ability to work in shifts Team-oriented approach
