Shift: General College Hours
Reporting to: Nursing Superintendent / Head of Department
Core Responsibilities
Surgical Assistance: Provide chair-side assistance during dental extractions, implants, and Maxillofacial surgeries.
Sterilization: Operate autoclaves and manage the sterilization of dental instruments (CSSD protocols).
Patient Care: Monitor vitals, administer injections/IVs, and provide post-operative care instructions.
Inventory: Maintain stocks of local anesthesia, dental materials, and emergency medical kits.
Bio-Waste: Ensure proper disposal of sharps and blood-contaminated waste.
Requirements
Qualification: Diploma in GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) or General Nursing Certification
Registration: Valid State Nursing Council license.
Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers welcome; training provided).
Key Skills: Basic Life Support (BLS), instrument handling, and empathetic patient communication.
