We are seeking a skilled and compassionate

ICU Staff Nurse

with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in critical care. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to critically ill ICU patients Monitor vital signs and operate ICU equipment (ventilators, monitors) Administer medications and IV therapy as prescribed Assist doctors during procedures and emergencies Maintain accurate patient records and follow infection control protocols

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of critical care nursing practices Experience handling ventilators and life-support equipment Ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations Good communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and patient-centered approach

Requirements:

Valid Nursing Council Registration 2-3 years ICU experience Willing to work rotational shifts
