Job Description

Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and overall patient condition. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or authorized medical professionals.

Implementation of Care Plans

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans. Monitor and document patient responses to treatments and interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary in collaboration with the supervising physician.

Clinical Procedures & Documentation

Perform clinical procedures such as wound care, intravenous line placements, catheterization, and specimen collection accurately and safely. Maintain thorough, accurate, and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Patient & Family Education

Educate patients and their families about specific conditions, post-procedure care, and medication administration. Provide guidance on health promotion, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications when relevant.

Team Collaboration

Work collaboratively with doctors, senior nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure seamless, multidisciplinary care. Participate actively in handover meetings and team discussions to provide comprehensive patient information.
