? Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.

? Monitor, record and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions.

? Record patients' medical information and vital signs.

? Prepare rooms, sterile instruments, equipment and supplies, and ensure that stock of supplies is maintained

? Giving medication and carrying out treatment prescribed by the doctor.

? Assisting in providing a clean, orderly, well ventilated environment for the patient, and protecting him for infections, accidents and fire hazards.

? Meeting emergency situation and unforeseen situations with promptness and good judgement.

? Indent of Medicines and Maintenance of Drug record

? Exchange of sterilised material

? Sending patient to other departments

? Discharge of Patients

? Checking and regulation of department's inventory
