Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a valid Nursing degree or diploma, such as GNM or BSc in Nursing, from a recognized institution.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a hospital setup, particularly in ICU or ward environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide immediate and efficient nursing care to patients in the ICU and ward ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Regularly monitor and document patient conditions, reporting critical changes to the appropriate medical personnel.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, adhering to hospital protocols and guidelines.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining a sterile and organized environment appropriate for patient safety and care standards.
