Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care and assist doctors during procedures Monitor patient vital signs and maintain nursing records Administer medications and injections as per doctor's instructions Assist in OT, IVF procedures, IUI, embryo transfer, and recovery care Prepare patients for procedures and provide post-procedure care Maintain cleanliness, safety, and infection control standards Coordinate with doctors, embryologists, and lab staff Counsel patients and attend to patient queries with empathy

Qualification & Requirements:

GNM / B.Sc Nursing Valid Nursing Council Registration Good communication and patient-handling skills Willingness to work in shifts

Preferred Skills:

Experience in IVF / Fertility / OT / Maternity nursing Knowledge of NABH protocols and infection control
