Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled

Staff Nurse

with a minimum of

3 to 4 days of hands-on clinical experience

, preferably in ICU, Inpatient, and Outpatient departments. The candidate should be passionate about patient care, quick to learn, and capable of adapting to a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in ICU, inpatient wards, and outpatient clinics. Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and maintain patient records. Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and rounds. Ensure infection control protocols and patient safety at all times. Respond promptly to emergencies and follow hospital escalation procedures. Coordinate with diagnostic and support departments for timely patient care. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge care. Maintain nursing station documentation and update electronic records.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Experience:

3 to 4 days of real-time clinical exposure in ICU/OP/IP settings.

Qualification:

Diploma in Nursing (GNM) or B.Sc Nursing (Registered with Nursing Council). Willingness to work in rotational shifts including nights and weekends. Freshers with hands-on hospital exposure may also apply.

Desired Skills:

Experience handling patient care in ICU, OP, and IP departments. Basic understanding of hospital protocols, equipment, and emergency procedures. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and efficient in critical situations. Team player with a compassionate approach.
