Job Title: Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

Monitor and assess patients' health conditions, including vital signs Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by physicians. Perform nursing interventions and assist with medical procedures. Provide emotional support to patients and their families. Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.

Collaboration with Healthcare Team

Communicate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans. Report changes in patients' conditions to the healthcare team. Assist in coordinating patient care and ensure continuity of services.

Administrative Tasks

Document patient information, including symptoms, treatments, medications, and progress notes. Update medical records in accordance with hospital policies and legal requirements. Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines in patient care.

Emergency Response:

Respond promptly to emergencies, providing first aid or life-saving interventions. Perform CPR or other resuscitative procedures when necessary.

Experience needed:

1. Experience in healthcare operations as a registered nurse

2. Management experience- has been a Team Leader for at-least 2 years

3. Clinical knowledge: Demonstrated

4. Training experience- ability to create and deliver trainings

5. Has been client facing in a recent role

6. Experience of holding an administrative role for at-least one year.

7. Experience of ICU, emergency, geriatric care is a plus point

Qualification:

1. BSc Nursing or ANM OR GNM - registered nurse

2. Relevant experience

3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

4. Excellent written and oral communication skills is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
