4. Patient Education & Support:
Educate patients and families on care plans.
Provide emotional and psychological support.
Assist in discharge planning and home care guidance.
5. Collaboration & Documentation:
Work with doctors and healthcare teams.
Maintain patient records and reports.
Participate in training and professional development.
