Job Summary:

The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing safe, compassionate, and efficient nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital protocols, nursing standards, and medical guidelines. The role requires working in

rotational shifts (morning, evening, and night)

to ensure 24x7 patient care services.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide bedside nursing care, monitor patient vitals, and administer medications. Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergency interventions. Ensure proper documentation of nursing care, patient records, and reports. Follow infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols. Educate patients and attendants on treatment, discharge care, and follow-up. Handle emergencies and critical patient care with prompt response. Maintain stock of medicines, consumables, and equipment in the ward. Work collaboratively with the healthcare team and support smooth ward operations.

Qualifications & Education:

GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing Valid Registration with the State Nursing Council

Experience:

0-3 years (Freshers may apply; prior hospital/clinical experience preferred)

Salary:

As per hospital policy / Market standards

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
