Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facility.

Responsibilities:

- Assessing patients' health conditions and creating individualized care plans - Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Monitoring vital signs and documenting patient progress - Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care - Educating patients and their families on health management and disease prevention - Assisting in medical procedures and surgeries - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records - Adhering to infection control protocols and maintaining a clean and safe environment - Responding to emergencies and providing immediate medical attention - Participating in staff meetings and continuing education programs to enhance

- Valid nursing license and registration - Proven Minimum 1 Year experience as a Staff Nurse or similar role - Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations - Proficient in using medical equipment and technology - Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays - Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods - Compassionate and empathetic nature
