Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care as per hospital nursing protocols Monitor patient condition and record vital signs regularly Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors Assist doctors during procedures and clinical rounds Maintain accurate nursing notes and patient records Ensure infection control and patient safety standards Handle emergency situations efficiently and promptly Educate patients and attendants about care and treatment Maintain discipline, hygiene, and professional conduct

Skills & Competencies:

Good clinical and communication skills Ability to work in shifts and under pressure Team-oriented with compassionate patient care approach Knowledge of nursing ethics and hospital policies
