Staff Nurses - Exp. 2 years and above

Department: Clinical / Nursing Services

Reports To: Nursing Superintendent / Medical Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital standards

Monitor patient health status and vital signs, and update records accurately

Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed

Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures and assist in surgeries

Maintain hygiene, comfort, and safety of patients at all times

Support physicians during rounds and carry out care plans

Educate patients and caregivers on post-discharge care and medication adherence

Ensure infection control protocols and proper handling of biomedical waste

Respond to emergencies, CPR codes, and manage critical care patients

Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for patient recovery and rehabilitation
