As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. • Provide compassionate and efficient nursing care to patients in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
• Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement individualized care plans for patients.
• Assist with diagnostic tests, procedures, and surgeries as required.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of patient records.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, medications, and home care instructions.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient care environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Respond to emergencies and provide immediate nursing interventions as necessary.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay updated with nursing practices and advancements.

Requirements:

• B.Sc Nursing, ANM, or GNM qualification from a recognized institution.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and protocols.
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patient care.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle challenging situations.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including night shifts and weekends.

Salary: The salary for this position ranges from 910,000 to 915,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
