Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the CCU.
Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and administer medications as per the physician's instructions.
Assist in emergency procedures such as CPR and defibrillation.
Ensure ventilators, life support equipment, and monitors are functioning correctly.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including assessments, progress, and treatment plans.
Coordinate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
Educate patients and families about post-ICU care and recovery.
Ensure infection control practices and CCU safety standards are strictly followed.
Manage critical situations effectively and respond promptly to patient deterioration.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of critical care procedures and protocols.
Proficiency in ventilator management, IV therapy, and emergency response.
Ability to work in high-pressure situations and make quick, informed decisions.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
Preferred Qualifications:
ACLS/BLS certification is preferred.
Experience in handling ventilated patients and multi-organ failure cases.
