Qualifications:

Education:

Diploma or B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.

Licensure:

Valid nursing license/registration with [Insert Nursing Council or Authority].

Experience:

Minimum [0-2+] years of clinical nursing experience (freshers may be considered for junior roles).

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, monitor, and record patients' conditions and responses to treatment. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Provide pre- and post-operative care and support. Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and care plans. Coordinate care with physicians, allied health professionals, and other staff. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records. Follow infection control and safety procedures. Respond promptly to emergencies and code situations. Participate in ward rounds and clinical handovers. Support and supervise junior nurses, nursing assistants, and student nurses when required. Adhere to ethical and professional nursing standards.
