Key Responsibilities1. Patient Care
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in wards, ICU, emergency, and other assigned areas.
Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and patient condition regularly.
Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, and treatments as per physician's orders.
Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies.
Ensure timely response to patient needs and maintain patient comfort and safety.
2. Clinical Procedures
Perform nursing procedures such as catheterization, NG tube insertion, dressing, wound care, nebulization, oxygen administration, etc.
Prepare patients for diagnostic tests, surgery, and post-procedure care.
Handle medical equipment like monitors, infusion pumps, suction machines, etc.
3. Documentation & Records
Maintain accurate and updated nursing notes, medication charts, observations, and reports.
Ensure proper handover during shift changes.
Document incidents, patient progress, and treatments as per hospital and NABH standards.
4. Infection Control & Safety
Follow all hospital infection control protocols, including hand hygiene and PPE usage.
Ensure safe disposal of biomedical waste as per norms.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient areas and nursing stations.
5. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with doctors, RMOs, technicians, and other staff for smooth patient management.
Communicate effectively with patient families regarding care, instructions, and updates.
Report any critical changes in patient condition immediately to the concerned doctor.
6. Professional Conduct
Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold nursing ethics.
Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and a patient-focused approach.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and skill development programs.
Skills & Competencies
Strong clinical nursing skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies
Knowledge of NABH protocols (preferred)
Compassionate and service-oriented attitude
Work Schedule
Rotational duties including day, evening, night, and emergency shifts as per hospital roster.
Experience
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experience in ICU, emergency, OT, or multispeciality hospital is an added advantage.
Salary
As per hospital norms and experience.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
