Job Description

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments (physical, psychological, nutritional, and pain assessment) and document findings accurately. Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to oncology patients undergoing chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy, and palliative care. Administer medications, chemotherapy, blood products, and IV fluids strictly as per protocols and safety guidelines. Monitor patients for treatment-related side effects, complications, and emergencies (e.g., febrile neutropenia, allergic reactions). Provide wound care, stoma care, catheter care, and management of central lines/ports. Assist in preparation, administration, and monitoring of chemotherapy as per institutional policy.
