Job Description

a~ Monitor exact, detailed reports and records of the critical ICU patients.a~ Monitor and record symptoms and changes in patientsaEUR(TM) conditions and information to the physician.a~ Order, interpret and evaluate diagnostics tests to identify and assess the patientaEUR(TM)s condition.a~ Carefully observe and document patient medical information and vital signs.a~ Document patientsaEUR(TM) medical histories and assessment findings.a~ Document patientsaEUR(TM) treatment plans, interventions, outcomes, or plan revisions.a~ Consult and coordinate with health care team members about whole patient care plans.a~ Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patientaEUR(TM)s response and conditions.a~ Monitor the critical patients for changes in status and indications of conditions such as sepsis or shock and institute appropriate interventions.a~ Administering intravenous fluids and medications as per doctoraEUR(TM)s order.a~ Monitor patientsaEUR(TM) fluid intake and output to detect emerging problems such as fluid and electrolyte imbalances.a~ Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity.a~ Identify patients who are at risk of complications due to nutritional status.a~ Direct and supervise less-skilled nursing/health care personnel, or supervise a particular unit on one shift to patientaEUR(TM)s response and conditions.a~ Treating wounds and providing advanced life support.a~ Assist physicians with procedures such as bronchoscopy, endoscopy, endotracheal intubation, and elective cardioversion.a~ Ensuring that ventilators, monitors, and other types of medical equipment function properly.a~ Ensure that equipment or devices are properly stored after use.a~ Identify malfunctioning equipment or devices.a~ Collaborating with fellow members of the critical care team.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: a,12,000.00 - a,14,000.00 per monthSchedule:
