You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new DFM capabilities, enhancing design methodologies and tools for improved manufacturability and performance of the NAND products.Key Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DFM best practices into the design process.xc2xb7 Develop and enhance DFM capabilities, tools, and methodologies to improve mask design quality and efficiency.xc2xb7 Engage with the NAND Design team to provide feedback on lessons learned and best-known methods (BKMs) from DFM and high-volume manufacturing experience.xc2xb7 Ensure Si learning is incorporated into continuous improvement efforts for design methods and tools.xc2xb7 Work closely with the Technology Development (TD) team to support test chips and early-stage development, including collaboration with CMOS and ESD teams.xc2xb7 Own test chip activities, including meeting organization, reticle coordination, and layout design coordination.xc2xb7 Build Relationships across the organization through participation in innovation forums and activities, identifying technical opportunities for improvement.xc2xb7 Collaborate with Quality teams to engage in reliability of Reliability Sensitive Circuitry (RSC) and Design Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (DFMEA) related activities.xc2xb7 Act as a Quality representative, driving corrective 8D, and preventive actions to enhance mask design robustness and reliability.Who We AreWe strive for a team culture where you are empowered to develop your skills and have a meaningful impact! You enjoy mentoring and training others.Qualification & Skills:xc2xb7 Bachelor's or masterxe2x80x99s degree in Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, Semiconductor Physics, or a related field.xc2xb7 8 + Years of experience in mask design, DFM methodologies, semiconductor design and manufacturing.xc2xb7 Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and lithography techniques.xc2xb7 Familiarity with EDA tools for mask design (Cadence) and Verification (Calibre xe2x80x93 DRC, LVS, Net Extractionxe2x80xa6).xc2xb7 Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.xc2xb7 Effective communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and drive improvement.About Micron Technology, Inc.We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all.
