Consulting Support Services \xe2\x80\x93 Staff-GAC The opportunity CSS role help enables Consulting Engagement team\xe2\x80\x99s efficiency and delivery through the key project management and coordination activities. We support end\xe2\x80\x93to\xe2\x80\x93end engagement lifecycle and project management activities that are essential to every engagement, region and practice. We help in project coordination & management, financial analysis, engagement compliance & governance requirements across industries and countries. What is the GAC role The Global Acquisitions Centre is responsible for origination of high-quality deals, providing advisement to protect business performance and monitoring to continuously improve program impact. GAC provides services across the three pillars of Originate, Onboard and Operate primarily supporting the sourcing, strategic integration, and operation components of the acquisition process. Your key role and responsibilities

• CSSs enhance service delivery by ensuring that deadlines are met, the project is efficiently managed, and there is proactive coordination /communication
• Ability to conduct in-depth research and interpret/analysis the data and reconcile
• Knowledge on basic secondary research tools such as Bloomberg, CrunchBase, D&B Hoovers, Merger Market, and other research sites
• Interface regularly with sprint leads and engagement personnel, develop strong working relationships and leverage information gained to anticipate client needs
• Must be willing to absorb complex technical concepts and documentation, learn skills in new technology tools, understand technology limitations and communicate effectively
• Be knowledgeable about the services the engagement provides and utilize that knowledge to make suggestions and/or recommendations
• Be insightful about the services the engagement provides and utilize that knowledge to make suggestions and/or recommendations
• Reporting and preparing PowerPoint for client team including executive leadership
• Support quality and risk management needs across Consulting practices
• Able to effectively summarize and conclude on work, applying appropriate documentation standards
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure

Skills and attributes for success

• Any Graduate, preferably B. Com/BBA/Economics or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree
• Previous relevant Industry or research background experience of 0-3 yrs
• Strong computer skills, including advanced Microsoft suit (Excel, power point presentation etc.)
• Good to have skills Power BI, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint
• Strong English communication - both written and verbal
• Strong analytical/numerical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Assertive, with strong influencing skills
• Prior experience working with Global cliental preferred
• Ability to function as part of a team
• Organised and self-disciplined
• High degree of accuracy
• Confident to deal with senior level contacts, internally and externally
