As a Staff Full Stack Engineer focused on Generative AI, you will design and develop cutting-edge AI/ML solutions that transform enterprise workflows and enhance user experiences. You will work across the full stack, from backend services to frontend applications, integrating advanced AI capabilities such as large language models into scalable, high-impact systems. Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and senior technical leaders, you will architect solutions that simplify complex enterprise operations and empower users regardless of technical expertise. This role offers autonomy to explore emerging technologies, optimize AI performance, and influence the next generation of intelligent enterprise tools. Accountabilities

• Architect and implement full-stack AI solutions to enhance enterprise services and user workflows.
• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to define requirements and align on solution design.
• Build scalable, high-performance cloud-based AI/ML systems that integrate with enterprise platforms.
• Lead proof-of-concept development and applied research to explore novel AI capabilities and model interpretability.
• Mentor junior engineers, provide guidance on architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Evaluate technology options for performance, scalability, cost, and accuracy, and guide the team toward optimal solutions.
• Manage technical risks across projects and ensure high-quality, maintainable code and systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience architecting and implementing complex enterprise-scale applications.
• Expertise in full-stack development with strong knowledge of Java or Python, JavaScript, OOP, design patterns, and algorithms.
• Experience developing AI/ML solutions, including large language models, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and optimizing model performance.
• Proven ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical, commercial solutions.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale conversational AI platforms and NLP solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills to work effectively across distributed teams.
• Ability to lead technical projects, mentor engineers, and manage risks in multi-team environments.
• Quick learner with the ability to adopt emerging technologies and apply them effectively.
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with knowledge graphs, UX technologies, or specific AI productivity tools.
