We are seeking a Staff Frontend Engineer (8+ years) to build cutting?edge, real?time collaboration tools in the AI design space, working closely with the founding team in Bengaluru.

Requirements

8+ years of frontend engineering experience in a product?focused tech company Expert in React and TypeScript Proficient with atomic state management (Recoil, Zustand, Jotai, or Redux + middleware) Experience building real?time collaboration (Yjs, CRDTs, WebSocket/Socket.io) Performance optimization experience (virtualization with React?Virtualized or TanStack Virtual, WebAssembly integration) Back?end exposure: Node.js/API integration, REST/GraphQL

Nice?to?Have Skills

Experience with SVG or canvas rendering libraries (React?Konva, React?Flow, React?Three, D3.js) DevOps familiarity (Docker, CI/CD pipelines) Past work on Figma?like apps, design tools, or collaborative editors Knowledge of WebRTC and peer?to?peer communication Open?source contributions to React?based libraries

Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and maintain both front?end and supporting back?end systems Partner with designers to turn UI/UX concepts into production?ready implementations Optimize performance and scalability of real?time collaboration features Shape engineering culture and architecture at Weaver Build and maintain integrations with design tools and developer workflows

Interview process

Intro round 3-4 technical rounds covering JavaScript, TypeScript, and system/design
