You'll collaborate with a passionate engineering team to craft pixel-perfect UIs, scalable systems, and delightful user experiences.

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance frontend architectures using React, TypeScript, and modern SPA paradigms.
• Build reusable design systems, component libraries, and developer tooling to drive consistency and speed.
• Lead the adoption and integration of Generative AI technologies to enhance frontend experiences and productivity.
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI-powered features, ensuring they align with performance, UX, and ethical considerations.
• Set the technical vision and guardrails for frontend architecture across products and teams.
• Mentor and guide developers, review code, and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Work closely with design and product teams to translate high-fidelity mockups into pixel-perfect, fluid interactive experiences.
• Engineer seamless real-time collaboration features, live editing tools, spreadsheet interfaces, and more.
• Continuously monitor and optimize frontend performance, ensuring fast rendering and responsiveness across devices.
• Optimize bundle sizes, reduce jank, and deliver blazing-fast user interfaces.
• Define and evolve patterns for state management, component composition, and codebase modularity.
• Champion testability, type safety, accessibility, and developer productivity.
• Take full ownership of major features and architectural decisions, from concept to delivery and ongoing iteration.
• Lead by example through hands-on contributions and deep problem-solving expertise.

You Should Apply If You Have:

• 10+ years of experience building complex web applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend stacks.
• Expertise in React, with a deep understanding of component-driven architecture and state management (Redux, Zustand, React Query).
• Proficiency in modern SPA frameworks and component-based design.
• Strong knowledge of ES6+, modern JavaScript concepts, and TypeScript.
• Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, SASS, and responsive web design principles.
• Experience optimizing frontend performance through caching, memoization, and rendering strategies.
• Understanding of browser APIs, caching, local storage, and web standards.
• Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or similar.
