Job Description

:Plan and prioritize stack builds based on project needs and tester availability. Coordinate material movement between manufacturing, engineering, and R&D. Manage tester allocation and optimize utilization. Drive cost reduction initiatives in build and testing processes. Ensure timely execution of product roadmap milestones. Collect and consolidate test data for reporting and analysis. Act as liaison between engineering, manufacturing, and R&D teams.

Education and Experience Required :
Bachelor's in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field is desired. Master's in management is preferable.
5+ years with Engineering degree or 3+ years with a Master's degree and exposure to technical project management or engineering coordination is required.
Industry preference would be - Electrolyzer, fuel cell, Automotive or Manufacturing.
The Staff Engineer - Stack projects will be responsible to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of electrolyzer stack build activities to support R&D, engineering, and manufacturing projects. This role ensures the timely delivery of stack builds, cost optimization, and alignment with the product roadmap through effective prioritization, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration.
