Work Flexibility: HybridStaff Engineer - Software Test AutomationWe are seeking a passionate and innovative Staff Software Test Engineer in our team who will be focused on testing mobile Apps along with test Automation of multiple features & functionalities. This position reports to the Manager - R&DWhat you will do:

• Responsible for developing, and maintaining manual test cases and automation test cases, and automation frameworks with Appium / Java.
• Contribute to new implementations in Automation and any modification required to the existing Automation Framework.
• Develop, and contribute to manual and automation test scripts and frameworks for improved mobile app performance.
• Providing feedback to development teams on technical, troubleshooting or operational issues.
• Assisting with the configuration of test environments.
• Interact closely with the Scrum Lane team to identify the automation scope and update them about the automation progress.
• Follow software engineering best practices utilizing the Agile development methodology.
• Collaborate across a dynamic geographically dispersed team.

What you need:

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or related field or equivalent with 6 to 10 years of experience in mobile application testing using Appium.
• Working knowledge of mobile operating systems such as iOS, Mac
• Experience in developing automated test scripts for iOS
• Hands-on experience in Java Programming.
• Experience working on scalable, distributed systems.
• Good understanding of the BDD framework.
• Shown coding discipline experience with Git, Jira (or similar) with change commit/merge workflows, and Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to meet challenging deadlines and work in a fast paced environment.
