The software services team is tasked with applying industry standard methodologies to the design, development, and deployment of world-class software products. We are looking to hire individuals with experience with software development and integration in clinical and research settings, and who can help us solve the next wave of technical challenges using the latest cloud-based, big-data, and rich analytics toolsets. You should be well versed and comfortable spanning the full development lifecycle, from requirements identification and prototyping, through design and implementation, to customer acceptance, delivery, and support. Purpose: The role is of a hands-on software developer who could make a difference to the product in terms of the design and architecture and actively contribute to the development of new features. This person will be a member of a cross-functional scrum team building applications using C# and the .NET Framework. Responsibilities: Provide software and systems architectural and design leadership to team of engineers. Design and implement cloud service and software architecture for new products, and extensions to existing products. Be the team\'s \'go-to\' person for architectural, design and implementation related questions and provide guidance. Active contribution in solution analysis of requirements Able to understand, articulate and challenge the requirements Work collaboratively with lead architect to deliver artifacts related to design of the solution Responsible for E2E ownership (Design to support) of multiple significant software modules Responsible for leading the integrity of technical work on significant concurrent projects. Provides guidance regarding design activity to other programmers on technical aspects relating to the project. Proactively looks for ways and patterns to continuously automate feature testing with measurable and tangible goals Is authentic, transparent and leads by example, holding self and others accountable. Ability to effectively document artifacts and processes then explain them to others Candidate Requirement: Education & Experience levels : bachelor\'s in engineering/Computer Science or master\'s degree or equivalent with proven experience. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Hands-on experience in developing Desktop based, embedded-based applications using C# and the .NET Framework. Hands-on experience in a programming language like C# and the .NET Framework. Strong software development skills with a UI focus. Experience with WPF is highly desirable Experience with databases, GraphQL Excellent analytical and technical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with dispersed, remote, and global teams when needed. Having a wide range of experience and understanding of trends and technologies uses technical knowledge to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways Preferred Skills and Experience : Good to have a background in Liquid Handler. Good to have experience working on life sciences Domain and exposure to instrument software Development
